Human Design is a practical system that illustrates your natural design for navigating life, encompassing intentional decisions, energy utilization, and personal patterns throughout all of your relationships, beginning with your own. This creates greater clarity, alignment, and confidence in how you live, work, and connect.
We begin with an assessment to understand your body, movement patterns, lifestyle and goals. From there, we create a personalized approach through corrective exercise, moving on to complete your formula that changes you from the inside out.
Retreats, workshops, and special-event yoga and meditation for groups of all sizes. Each experience is grounding and uplifting, created with intention to help your community breathe, reset, and reconnect-perfect for gatherings, workplaces, weddings, and meaningful celebrations.

Emotional regulation and mindfulness that support focus, behaviour, and classroom success. Students learn simple, age-appropriate practices that help them understand their emotions, stay grounded, and build real confidence in their daily lives.

Slow Flow- Thoughtful movement guided by breath, alignment, and awareness. This slower-paced practice encourages energetic connection, mobility, balance, and a calm, steady presence from the inside out.

Wall/Mat Yin Yoga-A grounding practice that uses the support of the wall to reduce strain, regulate the nervous system, and create
greater ease in the body. Long held postures encourage mobility, stability, emotional
balance, and deep restoration for both mental and physical wellbeing.

A gentle, supportive class designed for all bodies and abilities. Chair Yoga improves mobility, strength, balance, and circulation using seated and standing postures with the chair as support. Perfect for seniors, beginners, and anyone recovering from injury or wanting a low-impact practice. This class is 30 minutes or 60 minutes.
