Virtual  Classes

A flowing, energizing practice that links breath with movement. Vinyasa offers a dynamic sequence of poses that build heat, strength, and mobility while encouraging focus and presence. Great for students who appreciate a rhythmic, uplifting experience.

I love to teach Vinyasa at a beginner level; however, an intermediate level is available. There are no inversions and a 10-minute savasana.

A steady, accessible practice focused on breath, alignment, and mindful movement. Hatha helps build strength, balance, and awareness at a comfortable pace, making it ideal for beginners and anyone wanting a grounded, intentional class. This is a slower class, sometimes flowing, sometimes not. Always themed and always a 10 min savasana.

 YIN- A slow, deeply restorative practice that targets the connective tissues. Poses are held for several minutes to encourage release, stillness, and a sense of calm. Yin helps improve flexibility, joint health, emotional balance, and overall relaxation.

Wall Yin uses the wall for comfort and alignment. The absence of gravity is

a gift. Extremely relaxing and supportive at a deeper level.

My favorite!!!

A gentle, supportive class designed for all bodies and abilities. Chair Yoga improves mobility, strength, balance, and circulation using seated and standing postures with the chair as support. Perfect for seniors, beginners, and anyone recovering from injury or wanting a low-impact practice. This class is 30 minutes or 60 minutes.

 Human Design helps you understand your natural design. It reveals how your energy is meant to operate so you can reduce resistance with who you truly are. It's not about becoming someone new; it's about returning to what already feels authentic. Discovering how your body naturally uses energy changes your life! You move from resistance to freedom so quickly!! This validates the inner you; it's a game-changer!

Personal TRaining

A one and done program. We begin with why you want to become healthier,  discover yourself through an  assessment, learn the tools and inplement them to create the neccessary change needed to overcome old patterns. Your path, your journey on your time line.

Events &
Retreats

Retreats, workshops, and special-event yoga for groups of all sizes. Each experience is grounding and uplifting, created with intention to help your community breathe, reset, and reconnect-perfect for  gatherings, workplaces weddings and meaningful celebrations.

Schools

Emotional-regulation and mindfullness sessions that support focus, behavior,and classroom success. Students learn simple, age-appropriate practices that help them understand their emotions, stay grounded and build real confidence in their daily lives.
